Featured: trainers S$49 a month or S$490 a year, studios and gyms S$99 a month or S$990 a year (two months free). Claim your listing first, then choose featured from your account. Secure payment by Stripe.

Questions

What does claiming cost?

Nothing. Claiming is free, and so is every enquiry you receive. You only pay if you choose to be featured.

How do you check the listing is mine?

If your email is on your own website's address (for example you@yourstudio.com.sg), we confirm you by email straight away. Otherwise we check your claim ourselves, usually within two working days, and may ask you to message us from the Instagram account on your listing.

Do you charge per enquiry or take a commission?

No. Enquiries go straight to your inbox, and visitors reply to you, not us. Featuring is a flat monthly or yearly fee.

Does paying change what you show about me?

No. Featured listings show first, marked "Featured" and "Paid placement", in an order that changes every day. There are at most 3 featured trainers and 3 featured studios per area, and if they're taken you can join the waiting list.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from your account. You stay featured until the end of the period you've paid for, then go back to a claimed listing. Nothing you've added is deleted.
